Impact of legal clinic and forced displacement: The use alternative law. Model for the care of people displaced

Abstract

The forced displacement in Colombia because of armed conflict or
massive violations to the DH or the IHL (International humanitarian
law), is one of the most serious of the world as has been argued in his
latest report, the Monitoring Mission accomplished in 1999 by the
Representative of the Secretary-General United Nations on Internal
Displacement, Francis Deng. This scourge affects the Colombian nation, is the object of study of this research work, which starts with an
approach to displacement and human tragedy that this entails, followed
by an analysis of public policies to care for the displaced population in
order to establish their acertividad or absence, then submit the model
for caring for the displaced population and thence dimension which has
been the impact of Law Legal Clinic and displacement in the context
of Cartagena.
