Abstract

This article makes a brief analysis of the conceptualization of financial bubbles and their legal effects in terms of rights violations; Subsequently, it focuses on technological innovations that are currently seen as powerful solutions to any situation, especially in the financial sector, as would be the case of FinTech’s, leading to purely speculative issues in their promotion and development, with which they could repeat bubble scenarios as in the case of dot.com, and a case is analyzed where a Fintech that showed high rates of growth and development ended up declaring insolvency. However, what is evident is that this business model shows no signs of becoming the next financial bubble, but that it should nevertheless be subject to effective regulation.
