Abstract

This article presents a non traditional point of view of the Bolivar’s way of thinking. In that sense, this job tries to show how Bolivar was not influence by the French revolutions ideas as many traditional scholars show, but I defend the idea that Bolivar’s thoughts come from the period of the Roman Republic as well as Maquiaveli and Rousseau.
