Abstract

International migration is phenomenon that has increased due to facts like globalization. This has forced different states to formulate migratory policies to control migration flows, which itself has a deep impact on their economy. These policies should be designed in a holistic manner. However the states do not formulate these policies to solve the migration related conflicts, but to solve the problems that arise directly from the attempt to control and restrict the guarantees of the affected population
