The concept of behavior as a necessary Civil Responsibility element due to Copy Right violation
Abstract
The aim of this study is to deepen one of the key elements for the existence of civil liability in copyright, this is the event of conduct which appropriates or violates any of the areas protected by copyright, analyzing first whether
is required to configure it, the existence of the subjective element (fault or intention), or if on the contrary, it is possible to predicate the existence of a system of strict liability in the issue of copyright concerns, also set
behavioral requirements to be causing the duty to indemnify.
