The labor harassment from the perspective of the prevention of labor risks in the juridical labor spanish classification

Abstract

The article treats to investigate the possibility of protecting the worker opposite
to the harassment from a perspective more wide that the one that offers the
guardianship of the dignity of the worker and it juxtaposes the same one the
one that derives from the fulfillment of the norm of prevention of labor risks.
