Abstract

This paper seeks to contribute to raise awareness of, and to contribute to thedisclosure of rules often unknown which develops the right of women to livefree of violence and discrimination, and to evidence the commitment of theState and its institutions to guarantee them and respect them as a humanright. Hence, it discloses integrally related standards in Act 1257 of 2008,in line with the rules of labor law and social security health in Colombia,concisely, due to the requirements for publication, on the basis of internationalconventions that have been signed by Colombia
