Formative leadership and sustainable development of the quality of education

This it is a project of qualitative investigation of the institutional process that contributes to the promotion of a formative leadership that cultural partner within the framework leads to a sustainable change of the quality of the education in the scholastic organizations of his context. The selection of this case is made taking care of the capacity of innovation, adaptation and the processes of development of the quality of the education and leadership maintained by the institution selected during a long period, recognized by the community and the distrait government of Santa Marta departmental of the Magdalena and national of Colombia.
