The familiar regrouping in the Spanish Society from a Latin-American perspective

Abstract

This investigation is orientated to realize a study of the familiar regrouping, in this frame, like introduction there will be realized an analysis of this figure in the social area, there will be identified the disadvantages that have the relatives regrouped during the course of this process both in the native land and in the country recipient. After it, there will be effected an analytical and interpretive study of the juridical figure of the familiar regrouping. In this context, we will approach the topic; first, from the international legislation, and later from the Spanish legislation, this with the purpose of determining if his regulation makes viable the process of the reunification of the family, or if on the contrary it impedes his accomplishment. And to conclude, we will realize a brief approach on the characteristics of the familiar structure in Latin America, with the aim to compare if similarities exist with the Spanish company and if this makes feasible the process of familiar regrouping
