The International Criminal Court and a negotiated solution to the armed conflict

Abstract

The International Penal Court is a jurisdictional organism createdto fight the impunity of the most serious crimes againsthuman race, it can exert its complement jurisdiction on thecrimes that are its competence, committed in development ofColombian armed conflict. That situation could endanger thelegal viability of the peace process, if we don’t make a correctbalance of the principles of peace and justice, which fulfill allthe international parameters, without prevent the peace that allColombians are waiting.
