La deserción estudiantil UIS, una mirada desde la responsabilidad social universitaria

Abstract
The dropout rates in higher education institutions has become a social problem that afflicts vulnerable populations in the socioeconomic structure, limiting their possibilities of human development and thus the development of a nation. The problem must be addressed from the institutional policies of higher education in the context of University Social Responsibility –RSU– with the community and state. Hence the importance of addressing the dropout issue from a viewpoint UIS quantitative and qualitative reference to the RSU.
