Political, criminal and dogmatic study of the principles and guarantees of the Roma Statute
Abstract
To understand Penal Law from a Guarantee conception permits to establish the limits of punitive power against the human being through the defense of the fundamental principles and guarantees whose aims are the rationalization if penal norms and the legitimating of actions tending to social control of crimes and the achievement of more tolerable levels of criminality.
