In this book 2 Carlo Tassara 3 addresses the study of international cooperation for development (CID) of integral way, it deepens its historical evolution and analyzes the different theoretical frameworks that characterized it over time, which allows us to have a global vision of the path traveled until today as well as the current challenges. Likewise, the research work is detailed and includes a relevant amount of information on the central theme, which is analyzed from several points of view: economic, social and political.
